Carlson College of Massage Therapy is authorized by the Iowa Depart. of Education-Bureau of Iowa College Aid. Students with questions or complaints must complete the Carlson College of Massage Therapy’s internal complaint or grievance process and receive a decision before filing a complaint with the commission.
